We have written these T&C’s with the consumer in mind and have tried to make them as easy to understand as possible. To further enhance your understanding of the terms we have listed some words that are widely used throughout the document.

– Goods – means the products or services which we have sold to you in accordance with our T&C’s – We – means iPrintSol, and “us” and “our” shall hold the same meaning.
Within these T&C’s we shall use headings to aid your understanding of the document.

We have made every effort to display the products as accurately as possible but cannot guarantee that the product images you see displayed on your screen are a totally accurate representation of the actual merchandise due among other reasons to the technical difference in monitors or screens you may use.
Your use of this Website constitutes your agreement and consent that iPrintSol may communicate with you electronically for all purposes. This includes all legal and notices requirements. Such electronic communications may take the form of postings to this Website and/or e-mails forwarded to the e-mail address you provide when you register with iPrintSolYou may withdraw your consent to receive electronic communication at any time, but if you withdraw your consent it will only be effective prospectively (not for jobs already ordered or in production). Your account will be deactivated and you will no longer be eligible to use this Website to order further products or services from iPrintSol if your account is deactivated, you will remain responsible for payment of print jobs already completed or in production.
As part of our effort to make further improvements to our services we provide to our customer’s telephone calls with and by us may be recorded or monitored. We also may monitor incoming and outgoing emails.
Our employees and agents are not authorized to make any representations concerning the goods unless confirmed first by us to you in writing. When placing an order with us you acknowledge that you have not relied on any such representations which are not confirmed.
All specifications, drawings and particulars of weights, sizes and performance issued by us are approximate only.

Other iPrintSol customers may use the same design tools to create images that have similar or identical combinations of these elements. iPrintSol does not guarantee that your image will not have similarities to images designed and used by other parties. iPrintSol provides no warranty of any kind that image designs created using the design tools will not infringe, or be subject to a claim of infringing, on the trademark, copyright or other rights of another party. It is solely your responsibility to obtain the advice of an attorney regarding whether any image, mark, logo name or design is legally available for your use and does not infringe on another party’s rights.
iPrintSol may establish general practices and limits concerning your use of the Service, including, without limitation, the maximum number of days that iPrintSol shall retain designs or other uploaded Content, the maximum size of any Content, and the maximum storage space that it may allocate to you. iPrintSol is not responsible for the deletion or failure to store any Content. iPrintSol may delete Content stored on the Service which is inactive for an extended period of time, or for any other reason including changes in its business strategy.
If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been infringed by iPrintSol or by a user of our Service, please provide our Intellectual Property Rights Agent with a notification that contains the following information:
A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright or other rights that have been allegedly infringed.
Identification of the copyright, trademark or other rights that have been allegedly infringed.
Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
Customer Data
For certain product and service offerings, you may elect to electronically upload or otherwise submit data, text, photographs, graphics, messages or other materials (collectively, “Customer Content”) to iPrintSol for inclusion in print products. You understand and agree that you (and any other person from whom it may have originated) are solely responsible for all Customer Content. When you upload, or otherwise provide Customer Content to iPrintSol you warrant and confirm that you either own the copyright to or have permission to copy any documents, text, graphics, photographs, etc., that you submit for inclusion in the print process, and you agree to defend, indemnify and hold iPrintSol and its officers, directors, employees, shareholders agent and affiliates, harmless from any suit, demand, or claim arising out of any breach of this warranty and agree to pay any judgment or reasonable settlement offer resulting from any such suit, demand or claim, and to pay any attorney’s fees incurred by iPrintSol in defending against such suit, demand or claim.
Uploading Content Requirements:
We strongly recommend that content uploaded to iPrintSol for print fulfillment is:
At a minimum of 300 DPI at 1:1 ratio (or 100%). Content that does not meet this standard may experience print or images that are fuzzy, pixilated or otherwise distorted for which iPrintSolDoes not accept any responsibility. We reserve the right to reject content that does not meet this standard, but we do not assume any obligation to verify that the content meets this criterion.
Designed in CMYK and uploaded to iPrintSol in CMYK with no embedded color profile. (You may upload in RGB or some other standard if you choose, however, the color will be converted and iPrintSol is not responsible for any inaccuracy or color shift that occurs as a result of the conversion).
Artwork Ownership:
Our prepress department reviews all submitted artwork files before printing. You, however, remain responsible for the accuracy of your print-ready artwork files. We encourage you to proofread all files carefully before submitting them to iPrintSol
By submitting the artwork to iPrintSol, you certify that you have the right to use the image(s) in your artwork files. If you do not own the copyright on the art you submit, you certify that you have received permission to use the art from the owner or copyright holder. You certify that submitted artwork does not violate any intellectual property rights held by another individual or corporation. If you submit artwork owned by someone else to iPrintSol, you agree to indemnify and hold iPrintSol harmless from any and all damages and claims resulting from your order.

You accept full legal liability for the content of material processed and printed on your behalf and according to your instructions.
Printing Error Resolution
PrintSol does not check any submission for spelling, grammar, or any other errors. The design will be printed as it appears during the approval step. It is your responsibility to ensure that all materials submitted for printing are formatted correctly.
Standard File Review
Before you approve file for printing, make sure that your design does not have errors prior to print that will result in a bad print product. Our file specialists will review files for the following common errors (but ultimate responsibility to check such errors is yours)
- Full Bleed
- Text and content out of the zone
- Spot UV alignment
Other errors our file specialists will not check for include but are not limited to the following:
- Spelling Errors and typos
- Color out of gamut
Use of Design Tools
he design tools available on this Website are made available to all users of the Website. In the event you create a design, such as a sign, emblem or logo, you do not obtain any right or claim to any of the individual design elements made available through this Website that enabled the creation of the design, and these design elements are and will continue to be the property of iPrintSol (or the licensor if applicable) and will remain freely available to other iPrintSol Customers. Your use of the Site Content provided on this Website and/or the creation of products or materials using such Site Content does not create joint authorship, joint ownership, and works made for hire, or any other interest of any kind, with iPrintSol or regarding such Site Content.
